What is the Lesser Magistrate Doctrine?

The Lesser Magistrate Doctrine teaches that when the superior or higher ranking civil authority makes unjust/immoral law, policy, or court opinion – the lower or lesser ranking civil authority has both the God-given right and duty to refuse obedience to that superior authority; and if necessary, actively resist the superior authority.

The doctrine was first formalized by Christian men in Magdeburg, Germany in 1550. 

The lesser magistrate doctrine is rooted in the historic Christian doctrine of interposition. Interposition  is where one steps into the gap – placing themselves in between the oppressor and his intended victim. Interposition can take place verbally or physically. 

The law of God is the objective standard to which all men and all governments of men are accountable. If civil authorities make law, policy, or court opinion that is contrary to His law – the lesser magistrates are to interpose and stop the evil.

Justice Daniel Kelly

A judicial constitutionalist who has dedicated a lifetime to the law. He served on the Wisconsin Supreme Court from 2016 to 2020, a tenure marked by his rigorous scholarship, judicial humility, and an unwavering commitment to the rule of law. The scores of opinions authored by Justice Kelly during his service on the Supreme Court stand as witnesses to his commitment to our constitution and the rule of law.

Justice Kelly prepared for his service on the Supreme Court with years of experience as a litigator, law clerk, and briefly as a special prosecutor. He’s had experience protecting the smooth functioning of the free market, defending student speech on campus, and representing religious organizations’ rights to free speech. After he completed his appointment on the Wisconsin Supreme Court, Justice Kelly joined the Institute for Reforming Government as a Senior Fellow authoring a groundbreaking manual on legislative oversight. Justice Kelly has been a consistent voice for judicial conservatism in Wisconsin.

Judge Jennifer Dorrow

First and foremost, I am a judicial conservative who will not legislate from the bench. Serving as a Waukesha County circuit court judge for more than 10 years, I have been elected to multiple terms by constituents who depend on me and look to me to uphold constitutional enforcement of our laws, and to recognize the rights and responsibilities of individuals and organizations.  In my 30-year legal career, I have evaluated, advised on, prosecuted, defended, and judged a wide array of cases and issues. With years of experience representing clients and presiding in cases involving civil, business, family, and criminal matters, I am fully aware of how our state’s laws and legal system must operate. In criminal cases, I not only deeply respect victims’ rights and our society’s need for law and order, but also, I understand and respect defendants'’ constitutional rights. In addition, the Justices of the Supreme Court have acknowledged my abilities by naming me Chief Judge of Third Judicial District and my peers have selected me as the Chairperson of our state’s Chief Judges.

SADOL SPECIAL PETITION SIGNING EVENT OPEN HOUSE. 

The following is our CTA for the petition signing event:

 
Dear fellow Wisconsinites,
The hour is late Patriots. Let our resolve be strong. We have been given two gifts this past couple of weeks.

One being the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruling in Teigan v. WEC that held the ballot drop boxes used in the Presidential 2020 election were illegal then and remain so now.

Also, this week Representative Timothy Ramthun in a press conference at the State Capitol announced the Revised Resolution LRB-6371 calling for the Wisconsin legislature to convene in an extraordinary special session in the next 10 days to bring the Revised Resolution to the floor for discussion and a vote. Attorney Karen Mueller, Senior Council for the Amos Center for Liberty and Justice joined Rep. Ramthun to explain that all ballots placed in the absentee ballot drop boxes were and are "null and void" as a matter of law, because they were delivered to the clerk in a way not prescribed by law. Therefore, providing the reasoning to decertify the 2020 Presidential election and reclaim Wisconsin's 10 electoral votes.

Here is the call to action for WE THE PEOPLE to stand up and demand our respective assembly and senators to DO:
Included in this ACTION packet is the following:

1. A letter to send to your assembly representative and state senate representative.

2. A SHOCKING! admission in an email sent out from a sitting state senator and candidate for Lt. Governor which states, "The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled today what we have all known, all along: it is illegal in the Badger State for municipalities to accept unlimited numbers of absentee ballots through drop boxes!" Please feel free to send this admission along with your letter to your representative.

3. A letter to send to your county Sheriff informing them of their duty to remove illegal drop boxes from your county.

4. A letter to send to your local Clerk and County Clerk informing them that in light of the recent Wisconsin Supreme Court ruling in Teigan v. WEC the drop boxes currently being used in early voting are illegal and the ballots already collected in such drop boxes are not to be counted.

5. You may also use the multi-signature pages, but please attach a copy of the original petitions with them when sending to prospective offices.

Please engage with your representative in the next ten days being very deliberate and diligent in gathering their written and recorded verbal responses.
All of these will be helpful in the next phase of the action plan.
